Event Summary
The scope of services provided by Internal Audit functions is expanding to satisfy rapid changes in the business environment. This conference will update attendees on critical core competencies required to remain relevant from a department, technical, and career planning perspective. From a department perspective, attendees will gain an appreciation of how the IIA updated its standards to position the practitioner’s success and the role of a Quality Assurance Program in supporting these efforts. From a technical perspective, participants will gain an appreciation of how AI is impacting Internal Auditing and Data Analytics. From a personal perspective, attendees will obtain practical guidance on enhancing their career management efforts.
Learning Outcomes
Attendees will obtain foundational knowledge to further their research on developing and accessing audit solutions for quality assurance and control in complying with standards, understanding key AI practices in Internal Audit, and obtaining knowledge on how to enhance job performance and career management.
