Welcome to online attendee registration for the 2025 MO/KS PRIMA Annual Conference.
Please note that we offer member and non-member registration rates for the annual conference. Please determine BEFORE you begin registration whether or not you are a member of either the Missouri or Kansas chapter.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Cancellation notices must be received in writing on or before March 21, 2025. Refunds, less a $30 administrative fee, will be issued in the original form of payment. For cancellation notices received prior to payment, a $30 cancellation fee will be invoiced. Please send notice of cancellation to tammy@custommeetingplanners.com
REGISTRATION FEES AND PAYMENT DUE: Early registration ends on March 14, 2025, and fees will increase $40 per person, per attendee category. Please register early! Registrations received after March 31, 2025, will be considered on-site.

Check: A check is required to be sent to our office within five (5) working days of completed conference registration. Please ensure that the check is made payable to MO PRIMA and mailed to the following address:
