Presenter Bio:

Dwayne Woodruff, CPA, CIDA is the Director of Audit Services at American Electric Power (AEP), where he leverages over 20 years of extensive experience in both external and internal auditing. He holds an MBA from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Malone University. Dwayne is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIDA), bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at AEP. His professional journey is marked by a commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest standards of audit services. Outside of his professional life, Dwayne enjoys golfing, lifting weights, and swimming. He has a particular fondness for cheeseburgers in paradise, french fries, and milkshakes. Despite his aversion to vegetables, especially salads, he acknowledges the need to incorporate more of them into his diet, as advised by his physician, along with the occasional kale smoothie.
