Adam Howe is a Director in KPMG’s Columbus Internal Audit and Controls practice, with 12+ years’ experience in retail, consumer goods, pharmaceutical industries, food product manufacturing/dining, and industrial manufacturing. Experience includes major transactions in the form of ERP implementations, acquisitions, initial public offerings, and divestitures. Throughout these major transactions Adam helped maintain Sarbanes Oxley testing and control optimization, operational Auditing, Internal Audit methodology, risk assessment, and service organization control (SOC) testing.
