Display Table Fee: $50 (Please note: 30 table limit with paid sponsorship confirmation in order to display) Set-up Display Area: Wednesday, April 9 from 2:00 - 6:00 PM (Area will host the MO/KS PRIMA Opening Reception on Wednesday evening) Dismantle Display Area: Thursday, April 10 from 3:00 - 4:30 PM. Conference Networking Hours: Thursday, April 10 from 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Cancellation notices must be received in writing on or before March 14, 2025. Refunds, less a $30 administrative fee, will be issued in the original form of payment. For cancellation notices received prior to payment, a $30 cancellation fee will be invoiced for payment.
