Event Description: Please join us for the 19th Annual Vermont Geriatrics Conference. The conference is designed to equip nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physicians, physician assistants, social workers and other healthcare professionals with practical and innovative approaches to the medical care of older adults. Date and Time: Tuesday, March 27, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM. Location: DoubleTree by Hilton, 870 Williston Road, South Burlington, VT Price: $1950 for-profit organizations and $500 for non-profit organizations. Other Information: Your organization can include a maximum of two exhibitor representatives and one 6-foot table. During the registration process you will be asked to identify the name and email address of each representative, including yourself if applicable. A maximum of two additional representatives may be added for an additional fee of $250/person.
