Mental Health First Aid is a comprehensive, evidence-based course designed to equip participants with the skills to support individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. In this course, you'll learn to identify risk factors and warning signs of mental health issues, gain insights into conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, and addiction, and master a 5-step action plan to assist someone in crisis or developing a mental health problem. You will also discover resources for professional, peer, and self-help support. This nationally recognized curriculum provides certification upon completion.
