Welcome to the Registration Page for the Bioinformatics Core December Single Cell Workshops 2024 (Online)!

This three-day session (December 9-11, 9am-5pm) covers experimental design, data generation, and analysis of single cell RNA sequencing data. Participants will explore a single cell experiment using the command line and R, create and modify workflows, and diagnose and treat problematic data utilizing high performance computing services. The primary packages used for analysis will be 10x software for sequence reads to counts, and the R package Seurat for downstream analysis.

Cancellation Policy: Registrants are entitled to a 75% refund of the total registration price if cancelling before 11/25/2024. Starting 11/25/2024, no refund will be given.  No credits or other arrangements can be made.  In order to cancel, you must send a written (email) request to training.bioinformatics@ucdavis.edu within the allowed time. (Note that you may substitute another person from your organization at no charge, but please advise us as soon as possible so we can update our contact records.)
