AGC is pleased to offer contractor roundtable discussions on diversity & inclusion efforts and challenges in the construction industry. The roundtable will take place in-person on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM, with a reception for all attendees to follow, from 4:00-5:00 PM.
All individuals who register for or attend this event, by virtue of their registration or attendance, agree to the Code of Conduct, Image Release, and Event Cancellation policies posted here. If you have questions, please contact meetings@agc.org.
The discussions are highly interactive and intended for individuals working for AGC-member construction firms who are diversity & inclusion practitioners and/or the individual responsible for implementing their company's diversity & inclusion efforts. This meeting is not open to industry consultants or non-AGC members.
Meeting Registration
In order to ensure active discussion, space will be limited to 30 participants. Priority will be given to AGC member construction firms. AGC reserves the right to cancel your registration or place you on the waitlist to allow individuals from AGC member construction firms priority registration.
AGC will also limit the attendance to two individuals per company. All registrations will be first-come, first-served. If you attempt to register and find that the meeting is closed (at capacity), please contact Brynn Huneke at brynn.huneke@agc.org and ask to be placed on our waitlist. We will monitor this list closely, and if a seat opens up, AGC will let you know. AGC reserves the right to cancel your registration if more than two individuals from your company registers for the roundtable.
Meeting Agenda
It’s your meeting – and you set the agenda! Participants set the agenda for the roundtable discussions. AGC will poll the participants in advance of the meeting to identify topics and discussion leaders. Although highly informational, there are no formal presentations. This roundtable event is meant to foster peer-to-peer learning and discussion of the unique opportunities, situations and challenges for individuals working on diversity & inclusion issues at a construction firm.
Meeting Location / Hotel Information
The meeting will take place in Arlington, Virginia at AGC of America's headquarters located at 2300 Wilson Boulevard.
Hotel rooms are available for attendees at the Hyatt Place Arlington/Courthouse Plaza, directly across the street from the meeting location. A hotel registration link will be available in January.

Room Rate: $275/night Reserve your hotel room
If you need to cancel your registration, AGC will apply a processing fee of $50.00 for all cancellations or registration transfers (transfer to another attendee). Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days before the course. No refunds on cancellations will be permitted within 30 days of the event. Transfers will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the course. No transfers will be allowed within 7 days of the event. All requests must be submitted in writing to Rockkie Dunton at AGC of America.
Cancellations by phone or in writing by any party other than the course attendee will not be accepted.
Registrants may only transfer their registration one time.
