ATTENDANCE POLICY

Operator registration is only open to restaurant and foodservice operators and those who work in supply chain management for restaurant, hospitality companies or companies that serve food at scale. If you are not a restaurant or foodservice operator but have been engaged by an operator and currently work personally providing their outsourced supply chain services, you may qualify to register as a Consultant. All Consultant registrations will be reviewed and approved by the Supply Chain Expert Exchange Officers. Please contact Kari Yost, Program Director, at kyost@restaurant.org before registering. If you register without approval and do not qualify, you will be notified that your registration has been cancelled and fees refunded. The refund can take up to 4 weeks.

Sales or business development professionals, and product or service providers are only allowed to attend as sponsors. Our 2025 Sponsorships are sold out. Please contact the Industry Partnership Team at partnerships@restaurant.com if you are interested in becoming a sponsor for 2026.

OPERATORS RECEIVE ONE FREE ROOM NIGHT

Please register for the conference before you make your room reservation; operators should use the link provided in your confirmation email to book your room and receive one free standard room by Monday, September 15; additional nights will be at our discounted rates. Sponsor attendees should also register for the conference first and use the link in your confirmation email to book your room and receive our discounted rates. If you are also attending the Market Vision conference, please do not book your Market Vision room through the Supply Chain Conference link as they have a separate room block associated with their conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests received by September 10, 2025, will be fully refunded. There will be NO REFUNDS given after September 10, 2025.
