REGISTRATION NOTES:Welcome to online registration for the 2025 Powerful Learning Conference. Please take a moment to review the following information before you begin registration.
1. Download a copy of the registration brochure.
2. Review the brochure and all session descriptions.
3. After identifying your session choices and reviewing the conference category types below, you may begin online registration.
REGISTRATION FEES AND ATTENDEE CATEGORIES: (Please note that you will be asked to choose your attendee category before you begin registration.)
Conference Attendee:Please select this category type if you are an attendee whose district, charter, building, or organization is paying for your registration fees or you are a co-presenter for a breakout session and your district, charter, building, or organization is paying for your registration fees. The early conference registration fee is $225 per person until Friday, December 20, 2024. Conference registrations received after December 20, the regular conference registration rate of $275 will apply per person. Registration will close when maximum capacity is reached or on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 5:00 PM CST. Any registration received after this date will be considered on-site and will be $325 per person.
DESE / RPDC Director Attendee:Please select this category type if you are on the DESE Powerful Learning Conference Planning Committee and you have approval to attend from a assistant commissioner, or you are a DESE employee presenting a session on behalf of DESE. Please select this category if you are a Regional Professional Development Center (RPDC) director. Please contact Christine Nobbe at DESE should you have any questions -christine.nobbe@dese.mo.gov.
Presenter: This category type is designated specifically for one complimentary registration for each non-DESE presented session.
RPDC Attendee:Please select this category type if you are an attendee who is a contracted consultant for a Regional Professional Development Center (RPDC). The early registration fee is $125 per person until Friday, December 20, 2024. Registrations received after December 20, the regular conference registration rate for RPDC attendees of $175 will apply per person. Registration will close when maximum capacity is reached or on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 5:00 PM CST. Any registration taken after this date will be considered on-site and will be $225 per person. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
►►DUPLICATE REGISTRATION: An email confirmation will be sent to the address on file for the registration when completed and confirmed. If you do not receive and electronic notification email, please reach out to Tammy@custommeetingplanners.comto troubleshoot. Any duplicate registration for the conference is subject to the $50 cancellation processing fee.
►►CANCELLATION:Cancellation notices must be received in writing on or before January 10, 2025. Refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued in the original form of payment. For cancellation notices received prior to payment, the invoice for payment will be adjusted to reflect the administrative fee due. Please send notice of cancellation toTammy@custommeetingplanners.com.
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES DUE:Please note the following forms of payment methods are accepted by the conference:
Debit/Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard Debit/Credit and Visa Debit/Credit ►Please note that debit/credit cards will be the only method of payment accepted after January 23, 2025.
Purchase Order*: A PO is due within five (5) working days of completed conference registration. Please ensure that the vendor name and contact information on the PO is confirmed as follows:

An invoice will be issued for payment after the PO is received. Payment is expected within 45 days of the issued invoice. ►Please note that purchase orders will no longer be accepted as a form of payment after January 23, 2025.
Check (in lieu of purchase order)*: A check should be sent to our office within five (5) working days of completed conference registration. Please ensure that the check is made payable to Custom Meeting Planners and mailed to the following address:
