The Vermont Violence Prevention Project (VVPP) is an initiative coordinated by the University of Vermont Division of Safety and Compliance and made possible by funding from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships, opportunity number DHS-23-TTP-132-00-01. We are excited to offer Community Behavioral Threat Assessment & Management (BTAM) training. This full day, in-person training will be facilitated by Raptor Technologies, a team of industry-leading security experts with decades of experience assessing and managing threat cases. This Level 1 training will provide fundamental information to community partners on targeted violence and how prevention of these tragedies is possible. Level 1 Training will be a prerequisite for attending the Level 2 training.
