REGISTRATION NOTES: Welcome to online registration for the 2024 Federal Programs Conference. Please take a moment to review the following information before you begin registration. 

1. Download a copy of the ►►Conference Registration Brochure.

2. Review the brochure and all session descriptions. Every attendee will be required to select a session when prompted. Please note that we are merely gauging interest in session topics for placement in meeting rooms. You are more than welcome to change sessions on-site. No session tickets will be issued. Please note that you have 30 minutes to complete each page of registration. After 30 minutes of inactivity, you will receive an incomplete notice from the system with a link to complete.  

3. After identifying your session selections and reviewing the conference attendee category types below, you may begin online registration.  

CONFERENCE ATTENDEE: Please select this category type if you are an attendee whose school district, charter and/or organization is paying for your registration fees or you are a co-presenter for a breakout session and your school district, charter, and/or organization is paying for your registration fees.  

LEAD PRESENTER: This category type is designated specifically for the lead presenter of a breakout session (excludes DESE presenter and/or personnel / MELL Instructional Specialist presenter). Please keep in mind, only ONE presenter can be considered lead for any breakout session.    

DESE/ EL INSTRUCTIONAL SPECIALIST: Please select this category type if you are a DESE presenter / personnel or EL Instructional Specialist / presenter.  

REGISTRATION FEES: If your online registration is received on or before November 1, 2024, you will receive the early registration rate of $275 per person for the 2024 Federal Programs Conference. After November 1, 2024, the online registration fee will be $325 per person. The on-site registration fee will be $375. Registration will close when maximum capacity is reached or at 5:00 p.m. CST on November 12, and any registration received after this day/time will be considered an on-site registration and will be $375.   

►►DUPLICATE REGISTRATION: An email confirmation will be sent to the address on file for the registration when completed and confirmed. If you do not receive an electronic notification email, please reach out to Tammy@custommeetingplanners.com to troubleshoot. Any duplicate registration for the conference is subject to the $25 cancellation fee.   

►►CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Registration fees are refundable, less a $25 processing fee, if a written request is received via email by Custom Meeting Planners (tammy@custommeetingplanners.com) on or before November 1, 2024. Notices received before fees have been paid, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the administrative fee. Cancellations received after the November 1 deadline as well as no shows will be charged the full registration fee. Please note: Substitutions only will be permitted after November 1.  

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES DUE: Please note the following forms of payment methods are accepted by the conference:

Debit/Credit Cards*: American Express, Discover, Mastercard Debit/Credit and Visa Debit/Credit
*Please note that debit/credit cards will be the only method of payment accepted after November 8, 2024.

Purchase Order*: A PO is due within five (5) working days of completed conference registration. Please ensure that the vendor name and contact information on the PO is confirmed as follows:

An invoice will be issued for payment after the PO is received. Payment is expected when the invoice is received.  
*Please note that purchase orders will no longer be accepted as a form of payment after November 8, 2024.  

Check (in lieu of purchase order)*: A check should be sent to our office within five (5) working days of completed conference registration. Please ensure that the check is made payable to Custom Meeting Planners and mailed to the following address:
