Thank you for your interest in International Evoked Response Audiometry Study Group Biennial 29th Symposium 2025. All participants, including those listed on the program, must register for the meeting or meetings that they will attend.

The full registration fee includes the participation in all scientific sessions including coffee breaks, lunch and participation in all social events and excursions.

 

For accompanying persons, we offer special registration fees to participate in all social events and additional excursions can be arranged.

 

In addition to full registration, we also offer day tickets for those guests who are unable to attend the entire conference. The day tickets include the participation in the scientific sessions and all social events of that day, including coffee-breaks and lunch offers, excursions will be an additional price.

As per the laws of the State of Colorado and the policies of the University of Colorado Boulder, all registrants should hereby be aware that some portion of the registration fee will be used to purchase alcoholic beverages.

 

Registration Policies

Capacity/Waitlist
Registration for all meetings will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The additional workshops are capped at 100 registrants due to space limitations. We will close registration when we reach capacity and a waitlist will be activated. If you foresee that you will not be able to register before capacity is reached due to your organization's travel and registration policies, please contact us at  Kristin.uhler@cuanschutz.edu or Jeannie.ONeil@childrenscolorado.org

Payment
Payment is required at the time of registration. The University of Colorado Boulder does not accept purchase orders and cannot bill for registration fees. Retain all receipts for your records.

 

Modifying Registration
If you need to make any changes to your registration, you can do so by clicking the "Modifying Registration" button at the bottom of this page. You will then be prompted to enter the email address you used to register as well as the Reference Number that can be found on your Registration Confirmation Email.

 

Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds MUST be requested by May 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM MDT. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds requested for general registration will be assessed a $35 processing fee. To request a refund, select the "Modify Registration" button. Enter your email and reference number to login. On the first page, click the "Cancel Registration" button.
