Join us for the 2025 Junior Master Gardener National Leader Training (2025 JMG NLT)! This is a virtual training conference designed to empower participants in establishing and growing sustainable school and youth garden-based programs. This popular event is targeted at teachers, administrators, Extension faculty, staff, volunteers, and professionals in garden, nutrition, and health programs. Accessible exclusively through a fun and engaging online format, the 2025 JMG NLT offers valuable insights and practical strategies.

Attendees at the 2025 JMG NLT will:

• Explore Proven Curricula: Dive into hands-on breakout sessions to become well-versed in the Junior Master Gardener curricula and research-based resources.
• Implement Best Practices: Learn effective techniques for garden and project-based learning, as well as managing student groups.
• Navigate Registration and Recognition: Access class and group registration options, recognition programs, and certification pathways.
• Engage the Community: Involve local county Extension offices, volunteers, and parents to enhance your youth garden programming.
• Expand Reach: Discover how to introduce and cultivate new programs in schools, after-school clubs, and other educational settings.
• Secure Funding: Explore strategies for generating financial support to sustain your programs. Leverage Resources: Make the most of program materials and marketing resources.

Our 25th Anniversary JMG shirts are available in a variety of colors and sizes. Visuals provided during the registration process.

Note: 

• Registrations with shirt will be an additional $28 to cover the price of the shirt and shipping.
• Shirts will be shipped one month following the conclusion of the conference. You will be required to select your preferred size and color during registration. These shirts will not be sold elsewhere.

Available CPEs

26 CPE hours provided by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) as offered through Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service at Texas A&M University.

Event Notes 

• Please note there will be NO REFUNDS offered for this event.  
• The entirety of the virtual training will be RECORDED.
• Registered attendees will have access to view ALL keynote presentations/general sessions/virtual field trips for four (4) months post-conference.
