During registration, please select the option that best describes the student's registration status:

1. Student (18 years of age or older)

2. Junior Student (between the ages of 16-18 years old) - pre-approval required; a password is required to register for this category, which will be provided upon receipt of the parental consent form and approval (see below).

Students have 6 months from the time of registration to complete the online certificate.

Junior Student Requirements
To participate in the Junior Veterinary Scribe Certificate, the student must be between the ages of 16 and 18 and submit a completed parental consent form before registration. Please email the form to Hilary Koenigs at hilary.koenigs@wsu.edu or Veronica Sweeney at veronica.sweeney@wsu.edu. Additionally, the Junior Veterinary Scribe Certificate does not include a practicum. Once your consent form is approved, a password will be provided to register for the course.
