The Vermont Violence Prevention Project (VVPP) is an initiative coordinated by the University of Vermont Division of Safety and Compliance and made possible by funding from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships, opportunity number DHS-23-TTP-132-00-01. We are excited to offer Community Behavioral Threat Assessment & Management (BTAM) training. This full day, in-person training will be facilitated by Ontic, a team of industry-leading security experts with decades of experience assessing and managing threat cases. This Level 2 training will provide information to community partners on targeted violence and how prevention of these tragedies is possible. Level 2 training registration is limited to participants who have attended one of the Level 1 sessions offered on March 11th, April 16th, or August 1st.
