What do I need to know about attending Veritas?

Veritas will be held at the Fort Smith Convention Center (55 S 7th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901)

Veritas is for students currently in 6th – 12th grade.

The registration cost includes all of the conference activities but does not include the cost of lodging, meals, or transportation. Each church is responsible for making arrangements for their group’s lodging and meals. (See below for lodging options.)

Early Bird Registration- Nov. 13-Dec. 31. $75 (includes t-shirt)

Regular Registration- Jan. 1-22. $90 (includes t-shirt)

Late Registration- Jan. 23-Feb. 12. $105 (no t-shirt included)

Wyndham Fort Smith City Center

This is our primary hotel and is attached to the convention center.

Please note the room rate is approximately $125/room/night, for up to 4 people and includes 2 breakfast buffets per day. The price increases $10/person/day for each additional person in the room (up to 2) who will also be eating breakfast. That addition is to be paid at check-in as their online system doesn’t allow adding individual breakfasts.

The rate is good until Jan. 23 or if the hotel is full. If it fills up, we will have a second hotel we will make available.
