TUG Fall Workshop Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing by the TUG office (email) no later than October 23, 2023 to receive a refund. Cancellations received by 11:59pm on October 23, 2023 will receive a full refund minus a $100.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received between October 24, 2023 and November 3, 2023 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received on or after November 4, 2023.
