In today's fast-paced restaurant landscape, the future of marketing is not on the horizon—it's already here, NOW.
Effective restaurant marketing means not just understanding that every touchpoint matters but being able to use all the tools available to the modern marketer to differentiate your brand and drive sales. The ability to craft the right message and meet your guests where they are whether it’s dining in, at a pickup window, on your app, ordering online or interacting with your brand socially is the key to thriving in the contemporary restaurant industry.
MEG is much more than an event; we are a community of thoughtful marketers shaping the restaurant industry. MEG is dedicated to equipping you with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to navigate the dynamic landscape for the future, now. Our sessions will explore the latest trends in technology, marketing, menu innovation, and data dynamics, ensuring you stay ahead of the curve.
Whether you're just starting out, or a seasoned pro, MEG 2024 will provide you with valuable insights, networking opportunities, and hands-on roundtable discussions to supercharge your success.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
National Restaurant Association events are designed specifically for industry professionals who work directly for a restaurant or foodservice operation. We categorize our participants as follows:
Operator: Someone who works directly for and is employed by a restaurant or foodservice operation. The operator can be either an Association member or non-member as we welcome both.
Industry Partner: Also known as Allied Companies, work for suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, commodity groups, advertising or marketing agencies and other non-operator (see explanation above) companies within the restaurant industry. We invite Industry Partners to support MEG but to attend you must sponsor it. For available sponsorship opportunities, please contact partnerships@restaurant.org.
State Restaurant Association: Contact meetings@restaurant.org if you work for an SRA to receive a password to register.
Press: We welcome press who work in the restaurant/foodservice industry to attend our events, except for any operator-only sessions listed on the agenda. You must register in advance and contact Jaclyn Sanford (jsanford@restaurant.org) to receive a password to register.
Guest: Someone who does not fall within the Operator or Industry Partner category. Please contact Jaclyn Sanford (jsanford@restaurant.org) for more information.
Non-Profit: Someone who works for an organization that operates with the primary goal of serving a social, charitable, or community purpose rather than generating a profit. A nonprofit plays a crucial role in addressing food insecurity, promotion of social inclusion and improving the overall quality of life for individuals in the restaurant industry and beyond.
