This year, the premier LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion conference focused on the US Southern States, is returning to in-person with a Pride-themed forum on June 15th, 2023 and will be hosted by Airbus. For the first time in Southern States Forum history, Out & Equal is bringing the event to Mobile, Alabama with the theme, “Pride in Who We Are.”

Bringing together executives, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and Human Resource (HR) practitioners, ERG leaders, and other workplace inclusion change-makers, the Southern States Forum will inspire, energize, and leave participants with new tools for education and inclusion.  

This day-long event convenes peer-to-peer education on innovative best practices, professional networking opportunities with leaders across the region, and a special invite-only tour of one of Airbus’s major manufacturing locations.  

Together, we will create workplaces where LGBTQ+ employees and allies belong, thrive, and contribute to greater impact on the world.
