Registration Terms & Conditions:

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Full payment must be received prior to the event. If you have any questions please email register@cleangulf.org or call (301) 354-2101.

CANCELLATIONS: The cancellation deadline is August 25, 2023. Cancellations must be made in writing by August 25, 2023 to receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of $299. Registrants who do not cancel prior to August 25, 2023 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or failure to show up onsite does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $199 processing fee. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after August 25, 2023.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions can be made to transfer a registration to another individual. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to: register@cleangulf.org.

AGE POLICY: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register, attend, or join at any time under any circumstances during CLEAN GULF. There are no exceptions.
