Cancellation Policy:

Refund Policy: All cancellations/substitutions and refund requests must be received in writing - please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. A full refund is available until August 21, 2023. Cancellations received after the deadline will be charged a $100 (US) administrative fee. If the meeting is cancelled (not even held virtually), LIC will refund the total registration fee. However, LIC will not be responsible for any travel, hotel, or other costs incurred. Registrants are responsible for canceling their travel reservations.
