Our hotel room block is currently sold out. While we do not have a room block at the Warwick Melrose hotel located at 3015 Oak Lawn Avenue in Dallas, this nearby hotel does have available rooms for you to consider.

Community Engagement: A World for Children Texas Adoption Center Backpack Program:

When you register online, you'll have an opportunity to purchase a backpack for our Community Engagement donation (more info).

Cancellation Policy:

Refund Policy: All cancellations/substitutions and refund requests must be received in writing - please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. A full refund is available until May 31, 2023. Cancellations received after the deadline will be charged a $100 (US) administrative fee. If the meeting is cancelled (not even held virtually), LIC will refund the total registration fee. However, LIC will not be responsible for any travel, hotel, or other costs incurred. Registrants are responsible for canceling their travel reservations.
