This year, the premier LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion conference in Brazil is returning as an in-person experience with even wider geographic reach and content. For the first time in its history, the Forum, hosted in São Paulo, Brazil, will take on a regional focus to incorporate diverse perspectives from throughout Latin America.

Out & Equal is excited to offer a “day of transformation”, bringing together executives, Diversity Equity and Inclusion and HR practitioners, Employee Resource Group leaders, and other workplace inclusion change-makers to partake in trailblazing discussions and workshops, peer-to-peer education on innovative best practices, and networking with leaders from across the region.

Together, we will create workplaces where LGBTQI+ employees and allies belong, thrive, and contribute to greater impact on the world. 

There will be simultaneous translation in Portuguese and Spanish throughout the event. Registration for the 2023 LGBTQI+ LATAM Forum is required and space is limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
