• PLAN A  Registration includes: 7 nights accommodations, 6 breakfasts, 6 lunches, and 7 dinners
• PLAN B  Registration for each day includes: 1 night of accommodations, 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, and 1 dinner
• YMJA Activity Fee of $40 is required for 13-23-year-olds, optional for ages 24-30, and must be paid in order to participate in the YMJA Activities.
• Babysitting for ages 1-4,  for registered attendees is provided free of charge. 
• An activity fee of $10 per child applies up to age 12.

MARKETPLACE VENDORS/EXHIBITORS INQUIRIES

Vendor Inquiries regarding the Messianic Cultural Center/Marketplace please contact Willetta & Eric Lee at mjaacultural@gmail.com. All approved vendors must be registered for the conference. After approval, vendors will be sent a unique link to purchase marketplace tables.

MJAA CONFERENCE GUARDIAN FORMS

Any person assuming responsibility to be the on-campus guardian for a minor 17 and under, must be 25+ years. Print out the forms, have the parents sign them, and bring to conference registration or email them to conferenceservices@mjaa.org.

• The first file is the MJAA Conference Guardian Policy (Form MGF-Policy). It describes the policy and which forms need to be submitted and when. Both the parent/legal guardian and the conference guardian must sign in all guardianship cases.
• The second file is the Parent/Guardian Consent Form (Form MGF-PGC) to be completed and signed by both the conference guardian and the parents/legal guardian.

CANCELLATIONS: Requests for cancellation received before June 1st, 2023, will be refunded in full. However, after Jun 1st a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.
