The Danish Institute of Arbitration (DIA) and ICC Denmark are delighted to welcome you to this year’s Copenhagen Arbitration Day.
We are honored to present an excellent program and it is with great pleasure that we thank our speakers, which are some of the most recognized practitioners in the field.
The event takes place in the historical building Børsen (the Old Stock Exchange), situated right in the center of the city of Copenhagen, next to the Danish Parliament and the Supreme Court.
The Copenhagen Arbitration Day is the main event of the Danish arbitration community’s calendar as it offers an outstanding opportunity to explore fundamental issues in international arbitration, to network and to be updated on international trends within the field of international arbitration. The conference will be followed by a drinks reception and dinner at the Royal Library situated a few minutes walk from the conference venue.
During the dinner, the Danish practitioner Christian Th. Kjølbye, Plesner will deliver a short speech.
Finally, we would like to thank Dreyers Fond, our other sponsors and the Danish Chamber of Commerce for hosting us. Without you, it would not be possible to organize the Copenhagen Arbitration Day.
With warm regards from the conference chairs,
Henriette Gernaa, Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration
René Offersen, Previously Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration
Steffen Pihlblad, Secretary-General of the Danish Institute of Arbitration (DIA)
