Global Conference Registration Details Please read through the Health and Safety Protocol before beginning registration. Registration rates vary based on membership status and registrant type. View the charts below to find your rate, and then select the appropriate button at the bottom of the page to begin your registration. Employers who are new to CSEA: contact us for a discount registration code!
Global Conference Registration Rates - Schools and Employers
*The discounted member rate is available to Premium Members only. Non-members and Basic Members can select the appropriate registration category on the next page, and your conference registration cost will include a Premium Membership. Member email addresses have been pre-populated into the system so that the correct rate will be applied. Be sure to use the same email address you used when you joined MBA CSEA. If you aren’t sure what kind of membership you have or need additional assistance, feel free to contact us.
Global Conference Registration rates - Sponsor, Exhibitor or Affiliate Members All companies that do not qualify for School or Employer Membership in MBA CSEA are considered vendors. Vendors must register as a sponsor, exhibitor, or affiliate participant (even if attending for networking purposes). The Sponsor & Exhibitor Menu can be found here. Affiliate participants may attend conference sessions, but will not receive any branding or other sponsor/exhibitor benefits. To register as a sponsor or exhibitor, please contact us to confirm which package you want to purchase. We will provide you with a link to register once the commitment has been signed. The Sponsor & Exhibitor deadline to register is April 28, 2023 or until packages sell out.
Additional Information Hotel information and a link to book your room can be found here. MBA CSEA has contracted with the conference hotel for a discount rate, and reservations must be made through our unique link to keep costs low for everyone. We ask that attendees not book their room with the hotel directly or through a travel site if possible. Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover), check or wire transfer. Additional instructions are provided on the payment screen. Payment is due immediately. Email addresses of MBA CSEA members have been pre-populated into the registration form. Be sure to use the same email address that is in the MBA CSEA system If you renew your membership, please allow 24 hours for your email to be updated in the conference registration system. View our Cancellation Policy here: The cancellation policy applies even if payment has not been received. All registrations are considered final.
