Creating an inclusive, linguistically, and culturally affirming dual language classroom community is a central priority for effectively serving English learners. The Elementary Dual Language Pedagogy Institute for Elementary Teachers is designed to develop the foundation and strategies that teachers need in order to implement effective, transformative, and sustainable dual language programs.
