ASU Law: Advance Program
As an admitted student to ASU Law, you are eligible to apply to our Advance Program. The Advance Program seeks to foster an inclusive community at ASU Law, particularly for first-generation students, students of color, and students who have overcome adversity. The Advance Program hopes to bring together a cohort of students with diverse backgrounds who can offer different perspectives—racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, socioeconomic, and geographic diversity.
This year-long program provides participants with the following:
Admitted JD students interested in this program should refer to their admission materials for the deadline to apply. To apply, please submit a resume and an essay of no more than 500 words that addresses one of the following questions: How will your life experiences help ASU Law build an inclusive cohort for the Advance Program, or how have you overcome adversity to get where you are today?
