CANCELLATIONS: All sales for CLEAN PACIFIC are final. Non-payment or failure to show up onsite or access online materials does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions can be made. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to: register@cleanpacific.org.
The health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors are of the utmost priority at CLEAN PACIFIC. We will continue to work with the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington and our other supporting vendors in order to ensure that we’re following the best safety procedures and protocols. In an effort to maintain the health and well-being of all at our events, we are committed to following the guidelines put in place by the CDC, the U.S. Travel Association and at the city and state levels. We recognize that all events and venues are different, so we will update all participants on specific safety measures before we go onsite.
