Substitutions of registrations are permitted up to 3 days prior to the virtual eventstart date by submitting a written request to meetings@loma.org. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
Refund Policy
All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. These requests carry a $100.00 U.S. administrative charge. Full refunds minus the administrative fee will be granted on written requests received no later than ten business days before the meeting. No refunds will be granted if the request is received within ten business days of the meeting. If for any reason a meeting is cancelled, LOMA will refund the total registration fee. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to meetings@loma.org.
