The Billiard Congress of America is committed to hosting a successful 2021 BCA Expo in Las Vegas, July 28-30, 2021. We continue to monitor the ongoing pandemic and will follow the health recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the WHO and the appropriate organizations in Las Vegas as they evolve.

We want all of our exhibitors to know that if it becomes apparent that hosting an in-person meeting is not in the wellbeing of everyone involved, we will take the same steps we took in 2020:

  • Provide immediate notification to you, and
  • Provide options for receipt of a refund or to keep the money with us and apply it to the 2022 BCA Expo.

You have our commitment that we will be forthcoming with details as we plan for the 2021 BCA Expo and beyond.
