Registration

Registration Types and Fees
Your Conference Registration includes access to all Sessions, Keynote Lunch, Networking Breakfasts & Breaks, and Cocktail Receptions as well as a copy of the Conference Program and access to copies of the presentations. Optional Networking Activities are available at an additional cost. 

(Early Bird and Promotional Discounts are available for Standard Registrations only. All fees are in U.S. Funds.)

Standard Registration  
Regular paid attendees. All attendees not qualifying for specific categories below.
     Conference Registration - $1495.00                
     Optional Networking Activities - $195.00

Sponsor Registration 
Attendees from companies entering into specific sponsorship agreements with the Gulf Coast Energy Forum.

Government Registration
Full-time employees of accredited federal, state and local government departments and agencies, including regulating entities, receive a 50% discount on their conference registration fee, courtesy of the Gulf Coast Energy Forum Sponsors.

Press Registration

Energy Merchant Facility Operators (Gas Buyers)
Gas Buyers employed by Non-Regulated Merchant Energy Facility Operators that buy gas to convert to other forms of energy for re-sale for profit (e.g. merchant power generation, LNG, CNG) receive a 50% discount on their conference registration fee, courtesy of the Gulf Coast Energy Forum Sponsors.

Gas Buyer - Regulated Utility & End Users Only 
(Limited to a maximum of 1 free pass per company)

Attendee Waiver: 

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and because our Gulf Coast Energy Forum (the “Event”) participants' health and well-being is our most important priority, the Event is working closely with the Westin New Orleans Canal Place and our other event partners on developing and implementing health and safety measures, and biosafety best practices for the Event. However, since each individual's health and safety needs and concerns may differ, we strongly recommend that each participant carefully evaluate their personal health needs and concerns before registering for and or attending the Event in-person. Your attendance at the Event is completely voluntary. As such, your attendance is at your own risk, and you voluntarily assume any and all risks and hazards, including without limitation, personal injury, illness, or otherwise, and hereby release the Event and Access Intelligence, LLC and it’s officers, employees, partners, contractors and vendors of any liability related to your attendance.

Absolutely no refunds for cancellations will be made.  If you are no longer able to attend, you can send someone in your place at no extra charge. To receive a Credit Certificate to use towards a future Forum you must cancel at least two weeks before the conference. Absolutely no credits will be given after September 25, 2020.  Cancellation and substitution requests must be in writing and e-mailed to cleske@ldcforum.com.
