NOTE: Vendors/Service providers must be a sponsor in order to participate in LIC Committee Meetings. Sponsorship fee will be invoiced separately (see www.loma.org/LICSponsorships).

Cancellation Policy

LL Global Cancellation Policy:
If a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by LL Global (LIMRA/LOMA/LIC) for any reason, LL Global shall refund any registration fees that have been paid by the registrant. Under no circumstances, however, shall LL Global be liable to the registrant for any other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare and hotel expenses incurred by the registrant.

In-Person Registrant Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received by LL Global in writing. Email customer.service@limra.com. Cancellations received on or by April 22, 2025 will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after April 22, 2025. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
