NOTE: Vendors/Service providers must be a sponsor in order to participate in LIC Committee Meetings. Sponsorship fee will be invoiced separately (see www.loma.org/LICSponsorships).  

All cancellations/substitutions and refund requests must be in writing - please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. A full refund is available until one day before the meeting (May 15, 2025). For cancellations received after that date, registration fees will not be refunded but substitutions are allowed. If for any reason a meeting is cancelled, LIC will refund the total registration fee.
