Call for Speakers for the 2026 National Conference on EMS

Thank you for your interest in being a speaker for the 2026 National Conference on EMS. The speaker submission portal has closed. Please email ncems@executivevents.com for further information.
Call for Speakers Stages:
- Call for speakers open and final submission date: through March 31, 2026
- Speaker submission status (accepted/declined) notice: May 30, 2026
- Accepted submissions: further details may be needed; a copy of your presentation will be due August 1, 2026, and required to facilitate CE approval.
Please note that the conference is unable to offer honorariums at this time. However, speakers can apply for travel reimbursement and will receive attendance to the full conference.
Speakers will be informed of their submission status by May 30th, 2026, via the email addresses provided at the time of submission. If your submission is accepted, please submit a copy of your presentation (either slides or a PDF) by August 1st, 2026. Additional details will be emailed to speakers whose submissions are accepted.
