2026 Washington Week

Washington Week 2026, co-sponsored by AACTE, the National Center for Teacher Residencies (NCTR), and Deans for Impact, brings together educator preparation leaders to engage federal policymakers on strengthening the educator workforce. The event culminates in a Day on the Hill, where attendees meet with members of Congress. Programming also includes constituency sessions for NCTR and Deans for Impact members, a State Leaders Institute for AACTE-affiliated state association officers, and dedicated policy meetings for Holmes Scholars and other students.
