Registration and Workshop Updates

 

Registration Temporarily Closed

We are currently printing more than 3,000 name badges for attendees who have already registered. To ensure accuracy, registration is temporarily closed during this process.

Registration Reopens Tomorrow (Friday, 10/17) Evening at 5:00 PM

Registration will reopen tomorrow evening at 5:00 PM and will close at midnight, giving you a final opportunity to register before arriving on-site and secure one of the few remaining spots before the event sells out.

Please note:

  • All registrations must be completed online.

  • On-site registration will not be available.

If you are able to register for one of the remaining spaces, please follow these steps:

  1. After your payment is processed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

  2. Print or take a screenshot of that email.

  3. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

  4. On Saturday morning, go to the Registration Support / Problem Registration line and show your confirmation email.

  5. You will then be issued a handwritten name badge on-site.

Group Registration Codes

If you are registering using a group code, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. On Saturday morning, go directly to the Registration Support / Problem Registration tent.

  2. Bring your student ID and the registration code provided by your advisor.

  3. Staff will confirm that there are still unused codes remaining for your group.

  4. Once verified, you will receive a handwritten name badge on-site.

Interactive Workshops Are Now Full

The interactive workshops have reached full capacity. Any tickets released by attendees who cancel will be distributed early Sunday morning on a first-come, first-served basis.

Plenty of Other Workshop Options

Even though the interactive sessions are full, there are many other excellent workshops and presentations available throughout the day.
