We are sorry to advise you that we are currently over capacity for DWIC2025.

The registration portal has been open since July 2024 and we advised a month

ago that registration would close on Friday 21 March. Each year we close registration

early due to the demand for the event. The current venue has H&S protocols which we

adhere to in terms of numbers, and we are bound by UAE law to ensure our event

permit is not compromised. 

WE ARE RECEIVING AN OVER-WHELMING NUMBER OF EMAILS AND CALLS

ASKING FOR US TO MAKE SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS FOR LATE REGISTRATIONS.

WE OPERATE IN THE SPIRIT OF FAIRNESS AT ALL TIMES AND WE WILL ONLY

BE PERMITTING SPONSORS, WHO NEED TO COMPLETE THEIR DELEGATE

REGISTRATIONS FROM WITHIN THEIR CONTRACTED PACKAGE, TO REGISTER NOW. 

EXTRA SPONSOR PASSES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.

We would strongly advise people not to turn up at the event without being fully confirmed

and issued with a badge number. It is with regret that we will not be able to allow any access

to non-badge holders. 

We would strongly recommend registering early for 2026 and our website will go live in

July 2025. We hope very much to see you next year.
