Registration for Annual Conference (open for 8 weeks from March 6th - May 8th) has now closed. As repeatedly communicated, there is no on-site registration available (no exceptions) and we cannot accept new registrations via phone/email.
If you need to make changes to an existing registration:
On/Before May 22nd: Contact our Conference Registrar, Darlene Washington, at (410) 309-3498 or AC2024@bwcumc.org.
On/After May 25th: Visit our on-site registration office, which opens at 8:00 am on Wednesday, May 29th. Changes should be requested at least two hours before the first session/event/meal you plan on attending. Please know we may not be able to honor last minute changes.

On/Before May 15th - Full Refund of all charges.
May 16th - May 27th - $75 plus 50% of the costs of any meals purchased
On/After May 28th - No Refund except with documented valid reason
