Youth Health and Wellness is a priority of the Santa Clara County Schools. This event will feature a screening of Angst and provide insights for local school-based initiatives. Angst is an IndieFlix Original, documentary designed to raise awareness around anxiety stigma. Angst removes the stigma and opens up conversations around anxiety, helping people understand and manage their symptoms, and when to reach out for help.
This hopeful and inspiring film has helped over 2 million people around the world. The stories and experiences of youth, educators, and caregivers from around the world are woven throughout the film. We also hear from Olympic Gold Medalist, Michael Phelps about the impact of anxiety on him.
