Effectively communicating on behalf of others – whether it’s drafting a simple email, writing an extensive thought leader editorial piece, or putting together talking points, speeches or presentations – requires the art of sounding like that person – in other words, writing in their voice. This presentation will provide an overview of why this is a valuable skillset, how to develop it, and examples of best practices for implementation.
