Preparing your job application packet for academic jobs is challenging. One of the more challenging documents is the Teaching Statement. Some postdocs have little or no training on how to teach, and simply teach how they were taught. How do we address this when we have to include a Teaching Statement in our application packet? Dr. Keith Hjelmstad, president's professor in the School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment, will answer this and many other questions in this Lunch and Learn.
