Swim Fitness Session 1

Group class offered to students only twice a week on Tues/Thurs afternoons for an hour to work on stroke technique and endurance. Swim instructors will provide a work out from land for the class while giving specific instructions and encouragement. Our current group cap for this is 10 due to COVID. SESSION 1 ONLY - Feb 16, 18, 23, 25 - 4-5PM
