Associate Vendor Exhibitor Registration - 2020 CCAP Annual Conference and Trade Show

In consultation with CCAP staff and our Annual Conference venue, the CCAP officers have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Annual Conference at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Somerset County (originally scheduled for August 16 – 19, 2020).

After careful consideration of the financial and travel concerns confronting many counties along with the question of whether the resort has the current ability to host our Conference, cancelling the in person Annual Conference is the best course of action.

What You Need to Know Now

  • Conference Registration Refunds: CCAP will process refunds of all registration fees automatically; you do not need to take any individual action.
    • If you previously canceled your registration and CCAP withheld the administrative fee per our cancellation policy, we will be refunding those fees as well.
    • If you or your firm paid for your registration with a check, your refund will be issued via check, so we ask for your patience in processing and receiving your refund.

    • Questions regarding refunds can be directed to Jeannette Hunter at
  • Hotel Reservations: Any attendees who have already made reservations with Seven Springs in the CCAP room block will automatically have their reservations cancelled and any monies returned. You do not need to take further action. If you did not make your reservation in the CCAP room block, please contact Seven Springs at (800) 452-2223 to cancel your reservation.
  • Drayage Services through General Exposition Services (GES): Any orders made with General Exposition Services (GES) for drayage related to the Trade Show will be cancelled and refunded to you. You do not need to take further action.

Virtual Annual Conference
We recognize that this annual event provides a valuable arena for you to make connections and shake hands with your county clients, and we hope that you will stay involved as we transition to a virtual Annual Conference on August 17 and 18!

CCAP will be holding an abbreviated virtual Annual Conference to get our members together in a different format. While the event will not feature a trade show or virtual exhibit hall, we do encourage you to participate, to continue to be seen by and to build relationships with county officials, and to educate yourself on county issues and concerns. This is a great way to let Pennsylvania leaders see you are still here for them and you are ready for their business.

  • The Conference is free for all CCAP members, sponsors, associate members and vendors. Registration information for the new virtual Annual Conference will be shared with you shortly.
  • This condensed Conference will be about two hours or less and will offer an Opening General Session with addresses by the CCAP president and executive director and our friends at NACo on Monday, August 17.
  • A limited number of educational breakout sessions will be held after August 18 in a series of virtual sessions much like what CCAP has been doing with its weekly education series since May.
  • The awards presentations will be postponed until the November Fall Conference.
You are a loyal and committed partner to CCAP and to Pennsylvania counties. We thank you for your continued support of CCAP and hope that you will embrace this opportunity with us to continue to support Pennsylvania counties during trying times. In the next few weeks, you will receive more information from CCAP about registering for the Virtual Annual Conference. As always, please feel free to call or email me with additional questions and concerns.
