Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will be charged an administration fee of $150. Cancellations received 14 days before will be charged 50% of the invoice total. After this date, the full registration fee will apply; however substitutions will still be accepted and can be updated through this website. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
