Full Conference Attendee Registrations

Through March 10, 2020: Full Conference registration is NOT refundable. Registration may be rolled forward to a Full Conference delegate registration for the 2021 event in Tampa with a $150 administrative fee* - or - transferred to another person for us at current year's event with no penalty attached.

March 10, 2020 - March 19, 2020: Full Conference registration is NOT refundable. Registration may be rolled forward to a Full Conference delegate registration for the 2021 event in Tampa with a $350 administrative fee* - or - transferred to another person for us at current year's event with no penalty attached.

March 20, 2020+: Full Conference delegate registration is NOT transferable OR refundable.

8/11 Day Registrations

8/11 Day Special registrations are NOT refundable and may NOT be transferred to subsequent year(s). Registrations may be transferred to another person for use at current year's event.

Infrastructure Resources understands the difficult decisions companies need to make balancing the health of their employees against the financial impact of cancelling group attendance. Therefore, due to COVID-19, Infrastructure Resources is issuing all cancelled 8/11 Day registrations a code they can use for the 2021 event for a full conference registration at $500. This is not a change in policy, but simply an effort to help you mitigate the impact.

Expo Only Registrations

Expo Only registrations are refundable through March 10, 2020. Registrations may be transferred to another person for use at current year's event at any time. Registrations are never transferable to subsequent year(s).

Workshop Only Registrations

Workshop Only registrations are refundable through March 10, 2020. Registrations may be transferred to another person for use at current year's event at any time. Registrations are never transferable to subsequent year(s).

CGA Night of Networking tickets

CGA Night of Networking tickets purchased separately are refundable in full through March 10, 2020. Tickets purchased after March 9, 2020 are not refundable and are never transferable to subsequent year(s).

Single meal tickets
Night of Networking tickets provided with a Full Conference registration
Golf registrations

January 11, 2020 - March 9, 2020: Full Conference delegate registration is NOT refundable. Registration may be applied to a Full Conference delegate registration for the subsequent year's event with $150 administrative fee* - or - transferred to another person for us at current year's event with no penalty attached.
March 10, 2020 - March 19, 2020: Full Conference delegate registration is NOT refundable. Registration may be applied to a Full Conference Registration for the subsequent year's event with a $350 administrative fee** - or - transferred to another person for use at current year's event with no penalty attached.
March 20, 2020+: Full Conference delegate registration is NOT transferable OR refundable.

Speaker discount applies only to Full Conference and Expo delegate registrations. Discount code required.
Golf: Registrations are NOT refundable and may NOT be transferred to subsequent year(s).

Force Majeure cancellations not attributed to Infrastructure Resources, LLC are not refundable.

Meals:

Full Conference: $450 of registration price covers the cost of these meals - Tuesday Welcome Reception; refreshment breaks, breakfast and lunch Wednesday and Thursday, Wednesday Night of Networking.
Exhibitor/2: $300 of registration price covers the cost of these meals - Tuesday Welcome Reception; refreshment breaks, breakfast and lunch Wednesday and Thursday.
Expo Only: $125 of registration price covers the cost of these meals - Tuesday Welcome Reception and breakfast Wednesday.
