CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration: Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD on or before 5 p.m. CDT June 23, 2017. Cancellation requests received after the June 23rd deadline will not be eligible for credit or refund. Please email requests to meetings@agd.org or fax to 312.440.0513 (Attn: Meetings and Exhibits).
Education Courses: Full refunds will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD by 5 p.m. CDT June 13, 2017. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the first official day of the annual meeting, with the exception of AGD member dentist registrants who have been elevated to delegate or alternate delegate status, will not be eligible for a credit or refund. Please email requests to courses@agd.org, or fax to 312.440.0513 (Attn:AGD2017 Las Vegas Courses).
All cancellations and refunds will be processed within 60 days after AGD2017 Las Vegas
