HURRY! ABSTRACT SUBMISSION CLOSING THIS SUNDAY 5 JUNE 2016
It is now your last chance to submit an abstract for the Australasian HIV & AIDS Conference 2016. There will be no more extensions so make sure you submit before the deadline to ensure you do not miss this opportunity to present your research and programs.
Deadline: Sunday 5 June 2016 Step-by-step instructions, including submission guidelines and an abstract template are available for download both on the conference website and during the abstract submission process. However, if you require assistance or have any questions about the abstract submission process please contact the Conference Secretariat at info@hivaidsconference.com.au.
Need a helping hand to attend the conference? Remember scholarships can be applied for by those who submit an abstract.
As there are only a limited number of scholarships available and the demand is high, it is strongly recommended you also seek funding from other sources. For more information on scholarships please visit the conference website.
EOFY - HAVE YOU GOT 2015 FUNDS REMAINING?
Did you know the registration fee is tax deductible for most attendees?! Booking and paying for your conference registration before the end of financial year (June 30) is a great way to allocate any remaining funds for you and your colleagues. To be entitled to the early bird registration fee you must register and pay before Sunday 11 September 2016.
